Consolidation and Technical

Amendments Act of 1983 (Public
Law P.L. 98 78), provided that it
is the intent of the General
Assembly that lender fee payments
be reduced from $40 to $20, be
charged against the federal
administration cost allowance in
accordance with Section 9 of the
Student Loan Consolidation and
Technical Amendments Act of 1982
(Public Law p.l. 98-79) and that
any general funds remaining after
payment of the $20 lender fees be
reverted to the general fund.....
