temporary emergency basis as

appropriation made for the

purpose of Contractual Medical
Care may not be expended after
January 1, 1986 unless approved

in advance by the Budget

Committees, and further provided
that funding made for the purpose
of staffing the Internal Affairs
Unit may not be expended after
January 1, 1986 unless approved

in advance by the Budget

Committees, and further provided
that funding for four positions
may not be expended unless an
internal Affairs Unit is created.

Funds are appropriated in Program
35.03.01.01 of The Maryland
Parole Commission to pay for
psychological                          services.

Authorization is hereby granted
to use receipts as special funds
for operating expenses under this
program.
