26.01.05.01 Social                           Security
Contributions

The State Comptroller is authorized
to pay to the Department of
Personnel-Division of Social
Security, funds appropriated in
various agency budgets for their
respective shares of Social
Security costs.

26.01.05.02 Health Insurance Program
for State Employees

The State Comptroller is hereby
authorized to pay to the
Department of Personnel-Health
Insurance Program for State
Employees, funds appropriated in
various agency budgets for their
respective shares of Health
Insurance costs.

Provided that any excess funds
appropriated for the health
insurance program for State
employees remain in this program
and be applied to a rate
stabilization reserve fund as
needed, and the remaining funds
shall be shared with the State
and those employees enrolled in
the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health
Insurance Program on a pro rata
basis. Further, provided that
should there be an underwriting
gain in the Health Insurance
Program for fiscal year 1986,
those employees enrolled in the
program should share in the
underwriting gain and receive a
greater proportion of the gain in
the form of premium payment
