them from racing revenue in
accordance with Article 78B. The
amount shown herein is an
estimate; it is the intention
that the amount to be distributed
shall be the actual share of the
revenue received. Contingent
upon the enactment of legislation
to reduce the State tax on
racing, this appropriation will
be reduced to $1,100,000.
