(b) Persons engaged in the business of outdoor musical
festival promoting shall pay an annual license tax of five
hundred dollars ($500.00). Notwithstanding the license tax,
costs paid by the Maryland State Police in securing records from
any other source shall be charged to the applicant; however, the
charges assessed against the applicant may not exceed $12.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Water and Sewerage Assistance Program

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Calvert County to establish a water and sewerage assistance
program for certain purposes; providing for the types of
assistance that may be offered under the water and sewerage
assistance program; authorizing the County Commissioners to
set and determine certain interest rates, terms of loans,
and other matters under the water and sewerage assistance
program; authorizing the County Commissioners to establish
eligibility requirements for a person to make use of the
water and sewerage assistance program; and generally
relating to the water and sewerage assistance program in
Calvert County.
