HARRY HUGHES, Governor 1165 CHAPTER 53 (House Bill 349) AN ACT concerning Collector of Taxes - Appointment FOR the purpose of repealing the authority of the Governor to BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article - Tax - Property Section 4-101 Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1985) BY repealing Article - Tax - Property Section 4-103 Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1985) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Tax - Property 4-101. (a) There is a collector for each county in the State.
