BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS -- MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. SUBTITLE 1. DEFINITION. 10-101. "BOARD" DEFINED. IN THIS TITLE, "BOARD" MEANS THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language added to avoid SUBTITLE 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS. 10-201. SECRETARY. (A) POSITION AND APPOINTMENT. THE BOARD MAY APPOINT A FULL-TIME SECRETARY. (B) TENURE. THE SECRETARY SERVES AT THE PLEASURE OF THE BOARD. (C) QUALIFICATIONS. (1) MUST BE A PERSON OF HIGH CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY; (2) SHALL BE APPOINTED ON THE BASIS OF EXECUTIVE (D) SALARY.
