each property sold. However, in DORCHESTER AND Wicomico [County]
COUNTIES the auctioneer's fee shall be $10 for each property
sold, but in no event shall the auctioneer's fee be less than $50
per day or greater than $200 per day.

[(v)] (5) In Baltimore and Cecil counties,
where provision has been made for the posting of the premises to
be sold, a sum not in excess of seven dollars and fifty cents
($7.50).

[(vi)] (6) In Worcester County a fee to the
attorney representing the county treasurer, up to thirty-five
dollars ($35) for each property, to be approved by the county
treasurer and by the Board of County Commissioners.

[(vii)] (7) In Baltimore City a fee not to
exceed $5 for the mailing of statements and notices.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Garrett County - Bids and Contracts

FOR the purpose of altering the dollar amount of contracts in
excess of which the County Commissioners of Garrett County
must comply with certain notice and bid procedures.
