(i) final [as to that claimant]; and

(ii) a complete release of each claim arising
from the same cause of action against:

1.   the State;

2.   each of its units; and

3.   all State personnel who were acting
within the scope of public duties and were not malicious or
grossly negligent.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect October 1, 1984.
