distribution of any money or proceeds of sale, according to the
interests of the parties and the State.

325.

(c)  Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) OF
THIS SECTION, a vendor shall collect from the renter or lessee of
any passenger car (1) for which the vendor does not furnish a
driver, and (2) which is not to be used for transporting persons
or property for hire, a tax of 8 cents on each even dollar, plus
2 cents on each 25 cents or fraction thereof in excess of the
even dollars.

(d)  The tax under subsection (c) OF THIS SECTION applies
to:

(1)  Any passenger car rental for a period of 180 days
or less under a transaction completed on or after July 1, 1981;
and

(2)  Any passenger car lease billing period beginning
on or after July 1, 1983, including a billing period on a
passenger car lease in existence prior to July 1, 1983.

373.

(d)  Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) OF
THIS SECTION, there is hereby levied and imposed upon the use or
storage of any passenger car for rental or lease (1) for which
the vendor does not furnish a driver, and (2) which is not to be
used for transporting persons or property for hire, a tax of 8
cents on each even dollar, plus 2 cents on each 25 cents or
fraction thereof in excess of the even dollars.

(e)  The tax under subsection (d) OF THIS SECTION applies to
[any passenger car that is]:

(1)   [Rented] ANY PASSENGER CAR THAT IS RENTED for a
period of 180 days or less under a transaction completed on or
after July 1, 1981; or

(2)  Any passenger car lease billing period beginning
on or after July 1, 1983, including a billing period on a
passenger car lease in existence prior to July 1, 1983.

(f)  The Disabled Persons Review Board shall review each
guardianship held by a public agency at least semiannually. The
board may agree, on the basis of the petition by the affected
individual, to review his case before six months has elapsed.
Notwithstanding § [13-708(c)] 13-708 of the Estates and Trusts
