10, Chapter 67, §§ 1331 through 1337 of the U. S. Code. In
addition, the military service credit herein provided shall not
exceed five years. The State or another employing agency shall
make all necessary contributions to the pension and annuity funds
for the funding of military service credit upon the attainment of
ten years of creditable service by any member so entitled to the
credit. The boards, trustees, or others charged with the
administration of any pension or retirement fund or system are
hereby authorized to issue rules and regulations to carry out the
provisions of this section, any present rules and regulations to
the contrary notwithstanding. The provisions of this section
also shall pertain to those employees who retired prior to July
1, 1975.
Article 66A - Moving Pictures

The Board shall keep a record of all examinations made by it
of films or [views;] VIEWS, noting on the record all films or
views which have been approved, and those which have not been
approved, with the reason for such disapproval.
Article 66B - Zoning and Planning
2.05.
(b) The Mayor and City Council shall refer proposed changes
to the district boundary lines to the Baltimore City planning
commission and to the board of municipal zoning appeals, and the
commission and board shall study the proposed changes with
respect to the plan, the needs of Baltimore City, and the needs
of the particular neighborhood in the vicinity of the proposed
changes, and shall report to the Mayor and City Council [its]
THEIR findings and recommendations. Where the planning
commission and board [recommends] RECOMMEND disapproval of the
proposed changes, [it] THEY shall require a favorable vote of a
majority of all the members of the City Council before such
changes in the district boundary lines shall become effective.
2.07.
In order to avail [itself] THEMSELVES of the powers
conferred by this article, the Mayor and City Council shall
appoint a commission, to be known as the zoning commission, to
recommend the boundaries of the various original districts and
appropriate regulations to be enforced therein. Such commission
shall make a preliminary report and hold public hearings thereon
before submitting its final report, and the City Council shall
not hold its public hearings or take action until it has received
the final report of such commission. If a board of zoning
appeals already exists, it may be appointed as the zoning
commission.
