proceeds of sale of the bonds, or from the tax or other revenue
which the public body or municipal corporation shall have
previously determined to apply to the payment of the bonds and
the interest thereon.
21.
(b) The Board has complete authority and discretion by
resolution to fix and determine with respect to the bonds of any
issue:
(1) If the bonds issued to evidence a particular loan
are to be consolidated and sold as a single issue or as part of a
single issue under § 2B of [Article 31] THIS ARTICLE;

14.
The director may determine from time to time whether, and to
what extent, persons in the custody of the Institution and
selected by the [director,] DIRECTOR shall supply goods, wares,
merchandise and produce required to be purchased by "consuming
institutions" as defined in Article 27, Section 681 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland. All such activities shall be
conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 27,
Section 681 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
Article 33 - Election Code
1-1.
(a) As used in this article the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated unless a contrary meaning is clearly
intended from the context in which the term appears:
(8) "General election" means that election held on
the first Tuesday after the first Monday in the month of
November, at which the voters of the State vote for candidates
for President of the United States or Governor [and] AND, in
Baltimore City, this means the municipal election for mayor held
on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November in any
year in which a municipal election is to be held in the city.

(a) The Governor shall appoint biennially in each county of
the State and in the City of [Baltimore,] BALTIMORE three persons
who shall constitute the board. The members of the board shall
be residents and voters in their respective counties or in the
City of Baltimore for five years preceding their appointment.
Two members shall always be selected from and represent the
majority party and one shall always be selected from and
represent the principal minority party.
