Garrett County - County Commissioners - Insurance

FOR the purpose of permitting the County Commissioners of Garrett
County to establish and maintain group health and hospital
insurance for the benefit of county officers and employees.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 25 - County Commissioners

(G-3) IN GARRETT COUNTY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY
ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN GROUP HEALTH AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE FOR
THE BENEFIT OF COUNTY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Raffles

FOR the purpose of permitting certain organizations to hold a
raffle in Harford County with a certain cash prize; limiting
the number of times a year that an organization may have a
raffle with this cash prize; requiring that a bond be posted
or an irrevocable letter of credit be obtained by an
organization that conducts a raffle under this Act with such
a prize; and generally relating to raffles in Harford
County.
