the effective date thereof, upon the payment of a fee of $5 per
day.

(2) In Prince George's County the fee is [$10] $12

per day. The board of license commissioners may deny an

application for this license if it is determined that the

applicant does not qualify under the provisions of this article.

(c) (1) (i) Special beer, wine and liquor license, Class C,
which entitles the holder to exercise any of the privileges
conferred by this class of license for the use of any person
holding a bona fide entertainment conducted by a club, society,
or association at the place described for a period not exceeding
seven consecutive days, upon the payment of a fee of $15 per day.

(ii) The provisions of § 103 of this article do
not apply to holders of this license and alcoholic beverages sold
under this special license shall be purchased by such special
license holder from retail dealers. However, in Baltimore City
the holder of a Class C special beer, wine, and liquor license
may purchase beer and light wine from a wholesale dealer. In
Anne Arundel County, a special beer, wine and liquor license,
Class C licensee may purchase beer from a wholesaler.

(2) In Prince George's County the fee is [$25] $30
per day. The board of license commissioners may deny an
application for this license if it is determined that the
applicant does not qualify under the provisions of this article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

(House Bill 888)

AN ACT concerning

Real Property - Validity of Certain Deeds of
Maryland Corporations

FOR the purpose of providing that a person who executes a deed on
behalf of a corporation may certify that the grant is not
part of a transaction in which there is a sales sale, lease,
exchange, or other transfer of all or substantially all of
the property and assets of the corporation.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
