FOR the purpose of altering license fees for certain classes of
alcoholic beverages licenses issued in Montgomery County;
and generally relating to alcoholic beverages license fees
in Montgomery County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Section 8(a), 9A(b), 12B(a), 13(a), 14(a), 14A(a), 15(a),
