SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

158.

(E-1) IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
SHALL:

(1)  EMPLOY 18 PERMANENT PART-TIME INSPECTORS;

(2)  SET THE ANNUAL SALARY FOR PERMANENT PART-TIME
INSPECTORS AT NOT LESS THAN $l,200; AND

(3) PROVIDE PERMANENT PART-TIME INSPECTORS WITH

BENEFITS EQUAL TO THOSE RECEIVED BY PERMANENT PART-TIME STATE
EMPLOYEES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Elderly Persons - Sheltered Housing

FOR the purpose of altering the number of individuals permitted
in certain sheltered housing for the elderly; clarifying a
defined term; and generally relating to the number of
individuals permitted in certain sheltered housing.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 19-301(1)
Annotated Code of Maryland
