AN ACT concerning

Maryland Program Evaluation Act

FOR the purpose of altering the termination date for the
Apprenticeship and Training Council, the Division of Labor
and Industry, the Occupational Safety and Health Advisory
Board, and the Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board; and
clarifying that termination of the provisions for these
boards and for related regulations are subject to the
Maryland Program Evaluation Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

[The] SUBJECT TO THE EVALUATION AND REESTABLISHMENT
PROVISIONS OF THE MARYLAND PROGRAM EVALUATION ACT, provisions of
this subtitle creating the Apprenticeship and Training Council
and related to the regulation of apprentices and trainees are of
no effect after July 1, [1993] 1994.
