subtitle.

(e) (1) The Department shall mail any rule or regulation
related to controlled poisons that may be sold or dispensed by a
poison permit holder under subsection (a)(2)(iii) of this section
to the last known address of each poison permit holder.

(2) The mailing of a rule or regulation under this
subsection is conclusive evidence of notice.]

(a) Each of the following plants and alkaloidal and
glycosidal substances found in plants, any compound, mixture,
derivative, isomer, ester, ether, or salt of the following, is a
controlled poison:

(1)  Aconite.

(2)  Aconitine.

(3)  Acpola.

(4)  Arecoline.

(5)  Atropine.

(6)  Belladonna.

(7)  Brucine.

(8)  Calabar bean.

(9)  Cantharides.

(10)  Cantharidin.

(11)  Cocculus indicus.

(12)  Colchicine.

(13)  Colchicum.

(14)  Conine.

(15)  Conium.

(16)  Cotton root.

(17)  Datura.

(18)  Daturine.

(19)  Delphinine.
