AN ACT concerning

Estimated Tangible Personal Property Taxes -
Municipal Corporations

FOR the purpose of authorizing the governmental body of any
municipal corporation to provide for the payment of
estimated tangible personal property taxes in certain cases
where the assessments are made by the State Department of
Assessments and Taxation; and generally relating to
estimated tangible personal property taxes and municipal
corporations.
