SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Natural Resources

8-1502.

The Attorney General shall take charge of, prosecute, and
defend on behalf of the State every case arising under the
provisions of this title including the recovery of penalties,
EXCEPT FOR PROSECUTION OF VIOLATIONS OF THE PROVISIONS OF
SUBTITLE 7 AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED THEREUNDER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

(House Bill 390)

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Property Tax Credits -
Homeowners' Associations

FOR the purpose of providing that the Baltimore County Council
may grant a county real property tax credit against county
taxes levied on homes in certain homeowners' associations;
defining certain terms; and generally relating to a
Baltimore County real property tax credit.
