Section 16-306

Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

16-306.

(a)  The Board shall issue a license to any applicant who
meets the requirements of this title.

(b)  The Board shall include on each license that the Board
issues:

(1)  The full name of the licensed psychologist;

(2)  The dates of issuance and expiration;

(3)  A serial number;

(4)  The signatures of the chairman AND THE VICE
CHAIRMAN of the Board [and the Board secretary]; and

(5)  The seal of the Board.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Police Training Commission -
Training School Curriculum

FOR the purpose of providing that certain curriculum and training
in rape and sexual offenses be required by police training
schools at certain intervals; and requiring police training
schools to provide certain curriculum and training regarding
the sexual abuse of children.
