1.   THE COUNTY COUNCIL CONSULTS WITH THE
COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS FOR THE CONDOMINIUM; AND

2.   THE COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS PROVIDES
SERVICES OR MAINTAINS COMMON ELEMENTS WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF COUNTY GOVERNMENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

(House Bill 201)

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages License

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Harford County Board of
License Commissioners to issue a Class A light wine license
to a holder of a certain class manufacturer's license under
certain circumstances; and applying certain license
restrictions to the holder of a Class A light wine license
in Harford County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 12B

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1981 Replacement Volume and 1983 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

12B.

(a) A Class A light wine license may be issued by the clerk
of the circuit court of the county in which the place of business
is located to any holder of a Class 4 manufacturer's license. In
Baltimore [County and], Frederick [County], AND HARFORD COUNTIES
a Class A light wine license may also be issued to a holder of a
Class 3 manufacturer's license, who makes wine from agricultural
products grown in Maryland. Baltimore County wineries applying
for such a license are exempt from quotas established by the
Baltimore County liquor board as to the number of licenses in
