Ch. 165

(a) (1) If a petition OR CITATION is filed in a county
other than the county where the child is living or domiciled, the
court on its own motion or on motion of a party, may transfer the
proceedings to the county of residence or domicile at any time
prior to final termination of jurisdiction, except that the
proceedings may not be transferred until after an adjudicatory
hearing if the allegation is escape or attempted escape from a
training school or similar facility operated by the Juvenile
Services Administration.

(2) In its discretion, the court to which the case is
transferred may take further action.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

(House Bill 173)

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Property Tax Credits - Condominiums

FOR the purpose of permitting the Baltimore County Council to
grant a credit against Baltimore County property taxes to
certain condominium units under certain circumstances.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

Section 9C(e)

(1980 Replacement Volume and 1983 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(e) In Baltimore County:

(1) Real property owned by the Harford Park
Improvement Association of Baltimore County, Inc.;
