AN ACT concerning

Trustees of the Maryland Agricultural
Land Preservation Foundation

FOR the purpose of deleting the requirement that certain trustees
of the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation
post bond with the Comptroller.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 2-503(c)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Agriculture

2-503.

(c) Trustees at-large shall take the oath of office as
prescribed by law[, and shall post bond in the amount of $5,000
with the State Comptroller prior to assuming office].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
