PURPOSES OF CANCELLATION FROM THE REGISTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH §
3-20 OF THIS ARTICLE.

[(b)] (C) The cards or loose-leaf pages shall be in a form
as prescribed by the State Administrative Board of Election Laws.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
