(3)   Sales of State Use Industries goods or services
to any person, firm, or corporation for purposes of national
defense when not prohibited by the acts of Congress; [or]

(4)   Surplus goods from State Use Industries which
remain after meeting the forecasted requirements of State
agencies and political subdivisions if remaining unsold after 2
years; OR

(5)  SALES OF STATE USE INDUSTRIES GOODS AND SERVICES
FOR USE BY A CONTRACTOR OR SUBCONTRACTOR IN PERFORMANCE OF A
CONTRACT WITH A STATE AGENCY OR WITH ANY OTHER GOVERNMENTAL
AGENCY IN THIS STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.
