ORDINANCE BY REPEALING SECTION 19-20(d)(5) OF THE TALBOT COUNTY
CODE AND REENACTING THAT SECTION IN ORDER TO REQUIRE A PERMIT FOR
PRODUCE STANDS AND TO REGULATE CERTAIN ASPECTS OF THE OPERATION
OF PRODUCE STANDS WITHIN TALBOT COUNTY.

SECTION 17-5, BY ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH C THERETO, TO PROVIDE THAT
THE TALBOT COUNTY PLANNING OFFICER MAY WAIVE THE REQUIREMENTS OF
TITLE 17 OF THE TALBOT COUNTY CODE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS
WHEN A PROPOSED DIVISION OF LAND IS NOT FOR DEVELOPMENTAL
PURPOSES AND THE PARCEL AS CREATED IS A MINIMUM OF FIVE ACRES,
AND THE DEED OR RECORDED PLAT BEARS A RESTRICTIVE LEGEND AS
SPECIFIED.

INHABITANTS OF THOSE AREAS OF TALBOT COUNTY.
