AN ACT concerning

Recordation Tax

FOR the purpose of authorizing the levy of the tax on the
recordation of instruments securing the indebtedness of bonds
issued the authority of Article 41, Section 266A et seq. of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (relating to economic development
revenue bonds); to establish an intrajurisdictional bus transit
fund and provide that recordation taxes collected under the
authority of Article 81 Section 277(a) (3) (ii) be paid into such
fund and used only for intra-County bus services.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
