AN ACT concerning

Southern Maryland Health Systems Agency

FOR the purpose of amending Section 2-170 of the Prince
George's County Code to approve an amended four-county agreement
between Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's and Prince George's Counties
concerning the Southern Maryland Health Systems Agency as
provided in Section 19-113, Health-General Article of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.
