AN ACT concerning

Site Plan Review for Sediment Control

FOR the purpose of renumbering and recodifying various
provisions related to the review of sediment control site plans.

BY renumbering:

SUBTITLE 4. BUILDING.

Section 4-112(a)(12.1) to be Section 4-235(a)(12.1),
The Prince George's County Code,
(1975 Edition, 1982 Supplement, as amended by
CB-48-1983 and CB-51-1983).

AN ACT concerning

Personal Property Taxes

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Director of Finance to
render estimated personal property tax bills in excess of
$10,000.00 to taxpayers whenever the State Department of
Assessments and Taxation has not forwarded assessments of such
personal property by September 1 of the fiscal year and to
provide generally for the collection of taxes based on such
estimated bill and for the refund or collection of the balance of
the personal property tax when the amount of the tax is finally
determined.
