AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Sanitary Landfills

FOR the purpose of imposing a site development/environmental
surcharge on every ton of refuse disposed of at any sanitary
landfill within the County and repealing the provisions of the
Code relating to use of facilities by neighboring jurisdictions.
