AN ACT concerning

Surplus County Property

FOR the purpose of giving governmental bodies first priority
to acquire and own surplus property for a public use only,
requiring public notice of the availability of certain surplus
property and permitting contracts to be negotiated by the County
Executive subject to Council approval, and amending and
clarifying certain other procedures with respect to the
disposition of surplus County property.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 2. ADMINISTRATION.

Section 2-111.1,

The Prince George's County Code,

(1979 Edition, 1981 Supplement, as amended by CB-23-1982).
