may not engage in the private practice of law.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett and Somerset County Commissioners - Refuse Collection,

Removal, and Disposal

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Garrett and Somerset County
Commissioners to require, regulate, or provide for the
collection, removal, and disposal of refuse and garbage;
authorizing the Garrett and Somerset County Commissioners to
license refuse collectors for hire; making it unlawful to
collect, remove, or dispose of refuse for hire in Garrett
County and Somerset County without a license; and
authorizing the Garrett and Somerset County Commissioners to
suspend, revoke, or renew licenses to collect, remove, or
dispose of refuse.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
