Laws of Montgomery County, 1983
AN ACT authorizing the issuance of bonds of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in the principal amount not exceeding $230,000
upon its full faith and credit for financing public housing or
housing for persons of low, moderate or eligible incomes, as
defined pursuant to law, prescribing the terms and conditions, by
reference, upon which said bonds shall be issued and delivered
and other incidental details with respect thereto, and providing
for the application of the proceeds of such bonds and for the
levy of unlimited ad valorem taxes for the payment of the
principal and interest thereof.
Effective November 15, 1982.

AN ACT authorizing the issuance of bonds of Montgomery
County, Maryland in the principal amount not exceeding $2,945,000
upon its full faith and credit, for parking lots for the Silver
Spring Parking Lot District, prescribing the terms and
conditions, by reference, upon which said bonds shall be issued
and delivered and other incidental details with respect thereto,
and providing for the application of the proceeds of such bonds
and for the levy of taxes for the payment of the principal and
interest thereof.
Effective November 15, 1982.
