AN ACT concerning

Comprehensive Rezoning Process

FOR the purpose of changing certain procedures of the
Baltimore County Planning Board in the comprehensive rezoning
process; requiring the Board to identify its recommendations on
the proposed county-wide map; prohibiting certain changes or
amendments in a zoning map as proposed by the Board; specifying
the official scale maps to be displayed and adopted; removing
obsolete language; and changing the date by which the County
Council must approve the county-wide map.
