FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations in order to permit duplicating service businesses as
a matter of right in the business zones of the County and
defining terms.

AN ACT concerning

Comprehensive Rezoning - Notice to Property Owners

FOR the purpose of providing procedures for notifying
certain property owners, by regular mail, of a proposed change in
the zoning of their property; to provide that said notice
procedures shall apply to all comprehensive revisions of the
zoning maps occurring after December 31, 1982 and providing that
failure to send or receive the notice shall not affect any change
in the zoning.
