AN ACT concerning

Recordation Taxes

FOR the purpose of establishing a tax on deeds of trust and
other conveyances which secure the repayment of any indebtedness,
funded in any part, directly or indirectly, from the proceeds of
industrial development revenue bonds issued under Article 41, §§
266A et seq. of the Maryland Annotated Code.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments

Section 11-98

Article XI. Recordation Tax

Title "Finance and Taxation"

Baltimore County Code, 1978, 1980 Cumulative Supplement,

as amended.
