Zoning Regulations - Civil Penalties

FOR the purpose of providing that the use of property in
violation of the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations is a civil
zoning violation subject to a civil fine; providing a procedure
for the trial of civil zoning violations; providing a procedure
for the imposition and collection of fines; providing that such
fines shall constitute a lien on the property in certain cases
and generally relating to civil penalties for violations of the
Baltimore County Zoning Regulations.
