AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with
amendments, Section 17-909 (c) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 9,
"Waterways Improvement Districts", to change the maximum amount
of the Lake Hillsmere Waterway Improvement District loan from
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) to eighty-five
thousand, nine hundred and fifty dollars ($85,950.00).

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section
18-101 (b) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 18, "Traffic", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to
establish certain traffic and parking offenses on certain public
property.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 17-300 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 3, "Delinquent Taxes" and to enact new Section 17-300 of
the same Code, Title and subtitle to stand in place of the
section so repealed, to establish certain procedures, penalties
and conditions for tax sales of property delinquent from payment
of real property taxes or utility charges and generally relating
to tax sales of certain property.

Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and

wastewater charges.
