COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with Amendments Sections 1
through 33 of Article IV of Chapter 1 of the Public Laws of Kent
County, Maryland, entitled "Ethics Law" for the County
Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, and related departments,
amending the Ethics Law to conform with Article 40A Section
2-103(h) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Effective Date July 22, 1983.

EMERGENCY BILL NO. 3-83

AN ACT to add new Article VI to Chapter 6 of the Public
Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland, entitled "Land Use" to
follow immediately after Article V thereof, to provide for the
voluntary establishment of protections for Agricultural
Preservation District pursuant to Agr Art. 2-501 through 2-515,
Annotated Code of Maryland, and for the voluntary sale of
easements for development rights on eligible agricultural lands
within Kent County.

Effective Date July 5, 1983.

An Act concerning

Economic Development Projects

FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners of
Worcester County, Maryland to make appropriations for economic
development projects including industrial parks, sewer projects,
water projects, drainage projects, utility projects,
transportation projects, erosion projects, and any other like
development projects as from time to time approved by the County
Commissioners (4-403).
