A BILL ENTITLED

An Act to Establish a Modified Recordation Tax
Pursuant to Maryland Code, Article 81, Section 277 (m) and (q).

An Act, to add a new Section 20 A to the Code of Public
local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement)
titled "Allegany County", subtitle "Recordation Tax" the same to
read as follows:

Effective Date May 2, 1983.

AN AMENDED BILL ENTITLED

"BUILDING CODE FOR THE HANDICAPPED"

AN ACT to add a new Section 17-A to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Allegany County, Maryland (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article I of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland) titled "Allegany County" and subtitled "Building
Permits", to establish and adopt certain uniform regulations
intended to make buildings and facilities accessible to the
physically handicapped, to read as follows:

Effective Date August 1, 1983.

AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED
"TRANSFER OF MONEYS FROM CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND"

AN ACT to add a new Section 58-A to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Allegany County, Maryland (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, being Article I of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), to authorize the temporary advance of moneys from the
Capital Projects Fund of the County to the General Fund of the
County.

Effective Date July 1, 1983.
