of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1983-12

Repealing Section 56-24 (Levy for Fire Department) of the
Charter of the Town of North Brentwood.

[Section 56-24 of the Charter of the Town of North
Brentwood, Prince George's County, as found in the compilation
of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Effective Date August 24, 1983]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1983-13

Repealing and Re-enacting with Amendments Section 56-27
(Taxes past due) of the Town Charter of North Brentwood to
provide for changing the word "City" to "Town", providing for
interest to begin to accrue on past due taxes after the first day
of October, and deleting the words "and shall bear interest from
that date" in lines 3 and 4 of the existing section 56-27.
