CHARTER AMENDMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 1982-3

Upon recommendation from the Mountain Lake Park Planning
Commission and by unanimous vote of the Council, Chapter 26,
Section 51 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Garrett County
(Mountain Lake Park Charter) is hereby amended:

[Section 26-51 of the Code of Public Laws of Garrett County,
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date September 9, 1982]

RESOLUTION NO. 1983-1

AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN CHARTER

Resolution of the Mayor and Town Council of Mountain Lake
Park, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E
of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition as Amended), Title,
"Corporations Municipal," to amend Chapter 26 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Garrett County, Maryland, (1971 Edition, as
amended). To Wit: Section 26-5 entitled "Salary," and to
provide for advertising and public notice of said amendment:

[Section 26-5 of the Code of Public Laws of Garrett County,
repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date April 29, 1983]
