CITY OF BOWIE

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2-83

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE, MARYLAND
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend
Section 43A entitled "Capital Improvements Program", said Section
being Section 5-43A of Subtitle 5 of Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which
article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the City of
Bowie, by repealing and reenacting with amendments said Section
43A.

[Section 43A of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date June 21, 1983]

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3-83

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE, MARYLAND
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend
Section 50, "Partial tax levy", said Section being Section 5-50A
of Subtitle 5 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended), which article contains in
whole or in part the Charter of the City of Bowie, by repealing
and re-enacting with amendments said Section 50A.

[Section 50 of the Charter of the City of Bowie, Prince
George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date July 26, 1983]
