Amendment No. 1:

On page 2, in line 34, strike contingent upon the enactment
of Senate Bill 1064 or House Bill 1731 "15,100,000" and
substitute "10,100,000".

Amendment No. 2 :

On page 45, after line 23, insert: "Authorization is hereby
granted to transfer to the Division of Parole and Probation,
Field Operations (35.03.02.02) sixteen administrative and
clerical support positions to operate the Drinking Driver Monitor
Program.".

Amendment No. 3:

On page 49, in line 15, strike "42,157,961" and substitute
"24,157,961" and in line 17, strike "47,172,725" and substitute
"29,172,725".
