SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

AN ACT concerning

Board of Examiners of Maryland Pilots

FOR the purpose of deleting the requirement of a
register/registrar and any payments to a register/registrar;
requiring that all fees and other charges be received by the
Board of Examiners of Maryland Pilots; altering the biennial
license renewal fees paid by each class of pilot to the
Board; and providing that this Act shall be an emergency
measure.
