(4) A member removed under this subsection has the
right to a de novo review of the removal by the Circuit Court for
Montgomery County.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland
Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 855.

This bill alters the annual salary of the administrator of
the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners and
alters the number of full-time and part-time alcoholic beverages
inspectors for Prince George's County.

Senate Bill 559, which was passed by the General Assembly
and signed by me on May 29, 1984, accomplishes the same purpose.
Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House Bill 855.

FOR the purpose of altering the annual salary of the
administrator of the Prince George's County Board of License
Commissioners; altering the number of full-time and
part-time alcoholic beverages inspectors for Prince George's
County; and correcting a certain error.
