generally relating to an alternative procedure for the award
of House of Delegates Scholarships.

House of Delegates and Senatorial Scholarships

FOR the purpose of providing, after a certain date, for an
increase in the number of full-time scholarships a Delegate
may award; creating an alternative procedure for the award
of House of Delegates Scholarships; specifying the
requirements and limitations for awards under this
alternative procedure; providing that House of Delegates
Scholarships may be awarded for use at certain educational
institutions outside the State under certain conditions;
altering the maximum annual Senatorial Scholarship award
amount; providing that, if a recipient of a Senatorial
scholarship moves to the legislative district of another
State Senator, the allocation to the recipient shall
continue to be drawn on the account of the Senator who
originally awarded the scholarship; making stylistic
changes; and generally relating to House of Delegates and
Senatorial Scholarships.
