In addition to the appropriation
shown on page 155 of the printed
bill, to provide for payments to
participants in training under
the Federal Job Training
Partnership Act to assist with
living expenses while in
training.

Contributions.................. 2,000,000

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$2,000,000 general funds may not be
expended until the Budget Committees and
the Joint Committee on Federal Relations
approve the report prepared by the
Department of Employment and Training
and agree to the proposed use of the
funds. These funds shall be used for
this purpose only and may not be
transferred by budget amendment or
otherwise for any other purpose. Funds
not expended shall revert to the State
Treasury................................

Administration

the Maryland Youth Conservation
Corps contingent upon enactment
of legislation to establish a
summer employment opportunity
program for disadvantaged youth

labor for certain Chesapeake Bay
