of 1975, and by Chapter 395 of the Acts of 1979; under
Section 5(b) of Chapter 699 of the Acts of 1967, as amended
by Chapter 55 of the Acts of 1973 and, by Chapter 262 of
the Acts of 1975, and by Chapter 658 of the Acts of 1980;
under Section 5(b) of Chapter 445 of the Acts of 1968, as
amended by Chapter 653 of the Acts of 1969, by Chapter 246
of the Acts of 1970, by Chapter 242 of the Acts of 1972, by
Chapter 55 of the Acts of 1973, by Chapter 286 of the Acts
of 1974, by Chapter 262 of the Acts of 1975, and by Chapter
395 of the Acts of 1979; under Section 5(2)(b) of Chapter 55
of the Acts of 1973, as amended by Chapter 262 of the Acts
of 1975 and Chapter 658 of the Acts of 1980; under Section
5(b) of Chapter 286 of the Acts of 1974, as amended by
Chapter 262 of the Acts of 1975, by Chapter 394 of the Acts
of 1979, and by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 1982; under
Section 5(c) of Chapter 262 of the Acts of 1975, as amended
by Chapter 658 of the Acts of 1980; and under Section 1(3)
of Chapter 568 of the Acts of 1983; and by authorizing the
Board of Public Works to use certain proceeds of the Water
Quality Loan Act of 1983 to provide loans for certain
purposes and subject to certain limitations, grants for
chlorine removal at certain sewage treatment plants and for
projects that are not otherwise eligible for federal grants
and are designed to address existing special water quality
needs or public health needs; providing a delayed effective
date for certain provisions of this Act; and generally
relating to certain general obligation bond loan
authorizations pertaining to the provision of sanitary
facilities and protection of water quality and the public
health.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 72 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1962, as
amended by Chapter 286 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1974

Section 5(b)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 651 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1965, as
amended by Chapter 286 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1974, as amended by Chapter 262 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1975, and as amended
by Chapter 395 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1979
